ABOUT ME

I’m Dan. I’m an Auckland based camera owner/operator, drone operator, editor & motion graphic designer. I’ve had the pleasure of having many diverse roles in the Film & TV industry such as Assistant Camera - both 1st AC & 2nd AC, livestream tech/management & directing, live graphic design & operation, DIT, data wrangling and much more.

An early passion for storytelling & motorsport has lead me to a fulfilling career combining the two. Currently working for Volt Media who is New Zealand’s leading Motorsport television production company.

Although being skilled in most aspects of video production my true passion lies with the art of cinematography. Creating powerful images using light, composition, movement and lens unified to create compelling content.
